Amazing lake views from the balcony and a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere made for a wonderful Christmas getaway. the location was perfect, with easy access to the lake and just a short walk into town, where there were plenty of activities to enjoy. the spacious apartment provided plenty of room for our family and we appreciated having our own parking space.

The apartment itself was a bit dated and in need of a refurbishment. the furniture and fittings were worn out and could use an upgrade.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel. The beautiful historical building had a unique and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had a comfortable vibe, perfect for relaxing and socializing. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was top-notch. There were convenient ramps and elevators, making it easy for me to navigate the premises without any trouble. It was such a relief to know that the hotel was considerate of the needs of older guests like myself.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior woman was more assistance from the children working there. While everyone was friendly, there were instances where I could have used a bit more support in carrying my luggage or getting assistance with certain tasks.
